The Halle aux grains is happy to welcome you for three distinct services per day ; lunch, afternoon, and dinner as well. Three services defined by the changing light of the day.
Between noon and 3pm, a three-sequence menu (appetizer, main course, dessert), served only at lunchtime, provides an introduction to the cuisine of Les Bras, without lingering. The five- or seven-sequence menus, served for the entire table, as well as the a la carte menu, will bring further discoveries.
Between 3pm and 7pm, it is possible to have a coffee, a tea, a hot chocolate, a refreshment, of course. But it will more likely be accompanied by a sweet treat. It is possible for the latecomers or the gourmands disoriented to fall on the salty side at the time of the snack, with small well tied up dishes and some winks to the territories.
Dinner, served from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, is a privileged moment. It's time to take your time and linger over the menu or the two menus, served for the whole table, in five or seven sequences, the best way to learn about Michel and Sébastien Bras' culinary lexicon and discover a cuisine that has been enriched by the history of the place.
Our wine list covers the most beautiful vineyards of France and even beyond. Beyond this selection - based on an idea of our Laguiole sommelier, Sergio Calderon - discover our "cuvées de grains", a list of new and exclusive bottles, written thanks to the complicity with friendly winegrowers ready to go beyond the appellation in favor of the grape variety.
We can welcome you, upon reservation, in the intimacy of a private room for up to 20 people, up to 100 guests for seated meal and up to 150 for a cocktail in the large room of the restaurant. Several offers are reserved for you. We are at your disposal to study all your requests.
