Wine list

Our wine list covers the most beautiful vineyards of France and even elsewhere.

Throughout this selection - based on an idea by our sommelier in Laguiole, Sergio Calderon - you will discover our ''cuvées de grains''.

Like a collection of grapes, these vintages bring together women and men for whom we have a lot of affection.

These winemakers, sincere and responsible craftsmen, have agreed to accompany us in the construction of this new menu, by imagining reasoned, tasty and identity-based vintages.

These grape varieties, alone or blended, are the expression of their terroir and their own viticulture.

You will share them around our table with simplicity and friendship.
